In this varied role, you will design and deliver services consistent with the Chronic Conditions Action Plan for South Australia and the GP Plus Strategy. By providing expert advice, clinical leadership and supervision of less experienced staff and managing a complex caseload, you will contribute to the development of the clinical guidelines, standards and multidisciplinary, integrated models of care.
